Safe Security Completes Acquisition of RiskLens
Safe Security, a Palo Alto, California-based company specializing in AI-Driven Cyber Risk Management, recently completed the acquisition of RiskLens, a pioneer in the Cyber Risk Quantification standard – FAIR, based in Spokane, Washington. While the details of the deal were not disclosed, the combination of Safe platform’s advanced AI capabilities with the industry-standard FAIR model for cyber risk quantification, pioneered by RiskLens, now offers enterprises a comprehensive solution to address all their cyber risk quantification and management needs. This partnership also provides a clear path for compliance with upcoming SEC Cyber Guidelines.
Under the leadership of Saket Modi, CEO and Co-founder, Safe Security is dedicated to providing AI-driven cyber risk management platforms. Their real-time, data-driven approach empowers enterprise leaders, regulators, and cyber insurance carriers to gain a deep understanding of cyber risk in an aggregated and granular manner.
Nick Sanna, formerly the CEO of RiskLens, will join Safe Security as the President and will continue to lead the FAIR Institute.
